Godsmack has released new music for the first time in four years. “Surrender” is the first track released from what will be their 8th studio album titled “Lighting Up the Sky”, which fans can expect around early 2023.
In a recent interview with 93XRadio, Sully stated how this may be the bands last body of work, but clarified that this does not mean the band is breaking up.
Surrender is “very cut and dry” Sully stated. The song refers to being tired of the fighting in a relationship and waving the white flag.
