Fans in Philadelphia were in for a shock this past Friday when the band announced they would no longer be performing due to a “physical injury”. At the time there was no word on which member was injured or how, but luckily for concert goers Poppy and The Smashing Pumpkins were still able to perform.
A few days later Farell then made a post addressing an injury he suffered while performing at Madison Square Garden. The band unfortunately had to pull out of multiple shows, which included Pittsburgh, Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City. With the tour still continues with Smashing Pumpkins, it was announced that Canadian rock bad, Our Lady Peace, will be performing in place of Jane’s Addiction for the next couple of shows. Fingers crossed the band won’t have to drop out the remainder of the tour. Wishing Perry a speedy recovery.
