Billy Gibbons is heading to the UK/Europe for the The Billy F Gibbons Tour feat. Matt Sorum and Austin Hanks. The tour includes some festival appearances as well as headline shows.
The ZZ Top frontman announced the renewal of his livewire solo band, to appear at select European venues late spring and early summer of 2023. The power trio features Austin Hank on guitar and Matt Sorum (Guns N’ Roses, The Cult, Velvet Revolver) on drums.

Last year ZZ Top released their sixteenth studio album titled “Raw” in honor of late bassist Dusty Hill. The album captures the live performances featured in the 2019 documentary “That Little Ol’ Band from Texas”. Dusty passed away in 2021 and longtime guitar tech Elwood Francis now takes over the bassist duties.
