Guns N’ Roses will be heading out around the globe for their massive 2023 World Tour this year. The band will be playing arenas, festivals and stadiums across the Middle East, Europe and North America this summer and early fall.
The tour follows the band’s previous 2021 tour titled “We’re F’N’ Back! Tour”, which was postponed due to the pandemic. The tour featured Mammoth WVH as support on the North American dates and marked the band’s touring debut. In 2021 Guns N’ Roses also released an EP titled “Hard Skool”, which marked the band’s first new material since 2008. The EP consists of two singles titled “Hard Skool” and “Absurd” and live versions of “You’re Crazy” and “Don’t Cry”.
Members of the band’s fan club have the first shot at tickets presales. Most of the ticket presales begin on Wednesday February 22nd at 10 am local time. The current lineup consists of Axl Rose (vocals, piano), Duff McKagan (bass), Slash (lead guitar), Dizzy Reed (keyboard), Richard Fortus (rhythm guitar), Frank Ferrer (drums), and Melissa Reese (keyboard).
The legendary group made headlines recently as their video for November Rain made history as the first hard rock video to surpass two million views on YouTube. The hit single came off of their third studio album “Use Your Illusion” in 1991. The band has not released a full studio album since 2008’s “Chinese Democracy”.
Guns N’ Roses also sponsored a team for Nascar’s Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 19th. The band’s artwork was featured on Erik Jones’ Chevy Camaro ZL1 with a big reveal featured on social media. Axl showed his support for the race even though the Guns N’ Roses car did not take first place.
