The Smashing Pumpkins announced on an appearance during The Howard Stern Show that the band will be heading out on the road for The World Is A Vampire tour this summer. The tour kicks off in July and features Interpol, Stone Temple Pilots and Rival Sons as support on select dates.
The band also released their latest single “Spellbinding”, which is on the ACT 3 part of their last album ATUM, which drops on May 5th. Act 3 will also be available in a special edition boxset featuring all 33 album tracks plus 10 additional unreleased songs, and is available for pre-order here.
ATUM: A Rock Opera in three acts is the band’s twelfth studio album and features 33 songs total, with 11 songs for each Act. The first single “Beguiled” was released back in September, followed by more recent tracks such as “Spellbound” and “Empires”.
